Tax Officials Seize Video Game Store At Crossgates

State tax department officials have seized Jay Street Videogames after the store failed to pay nearly $145,000 in combined sales and corporate taxes. The store, at Crossgates Mall in Guilderland, was seized and closed Wednesday.
