Boston-based real estate development firm Samuels & Assoc. this July launched Hatch Fenway, a 110,000-square-foot startup space at the Landmark Center. The launchpad has since landed at least two tenants: Toast, an all-in-one restaurant management software company, and Appcues, a web software.
