Suspected Wal-mart Shoplifter Held Down By Workers Them He Couldn't Breathe

Kenneth Wisham was face down in the grass outside Wal-Mart as a 225-pound loss prevention worker used his weight to put pressure on his back. As the 64-year-old, 165-pound Lakeland man struggled, Randall Eugene Tomko, 58, of Winter Haven, continued to subdue the suspected shoplifter the morning of Feb. 7.
