Suspect Two Times Legal Limit After Fatal Crash

A Louisville man charged with murder after a fatal accident in the Russell neighborhood last week had a blood-alcohol content more than two times the legal limit to operate a motor vehicle and a prior conviction for DUI, according to court records.
