PROVIDENCE -- A suspect in a Providence murder appeared in District Court Wednesday after his arrest in New York City. Sigismund Dantzler, 36, did not enter a plea on the felony charges of murder and conspiracy in the April 16 death of Jose Santos. Santos was gunned down while in his car at the intersection of Melrose and Mitchell streets.
