Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan wins committee approval

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan won approval Tuesday of a divided Senate Judiciary Committee, moving her a step closer to becoming President Barack Obama's second appointee on the high court.
