Superstorm Sandy Slows Small Business Hiring

Superstorm Sandy slows small business hiring Payroll service provider ADP said Wednesday that small businesses added just 19,000 workers last month, the smallest increase this year. The two looks at the job market come before the Labor Department releases its closely watched jobs report on Friday. Private economists forecast that the economy gained 87,000 jobs in November and expect the unemployment rate to remain at 7.9 percent.
