Supergirl premiere brings in record ratings for The CW Following the move from CBS to The CW for its second season, Supergirl is already breaking records for the network. The show premiered to 3.024 million viewers, giving The CW its highest ratings in that time slot in eight years, its best adults 18-49 ratings in nearly six years, its highest adults 18-34 rating in five years, and their highest-rated show ever in its time period among men. The series premiere of Supergirl fell just short of The Flash‘s Season 3 premiere ratings, which brought in 3.2 million total viewers, but exceeded the ratings of Arrow‘s fifth season premiere, which brought in just 1.9 million total viewers.
