MONTICELLO - Sullivan County's corrections officers have agreed to a contract after seven years without one.Civil Service Employees Association Local 853 voted a week ago to ratify a new contract that runs through Dec. 31, according to Dan Hust, director of communications for the county.The Sullivan County Legislature still has to approve the contract.
