A 26-year-old Jefferson Davis Middle School substitute teacher was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possessing a weapon on school grounds after a teacher made a threatening comment to students in a classroom with a stun gun, according to school officials. Kiara Nashay Ansley was booked into the Duval County jail on Tuesday night, then released on her own recognizance on Wednesday afternoon, according to jail records. read more
