Strong Earthquake Near Osaka, Japan, Causes Scattered Damage

TOKYO (AP) — A strong earthquake shook the city of Osaka in western Japan on Monday morning, causing scattered damage including broken glass and partial building collapses. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
