Stratford Police Looking For Flasher

STRATFORD, Conn. (AP) — Police in Stratford say they are looking for a serial flasher. Police say a man has approached at least three women in and around the Stratford Center historical district in the last week and exposed himself to them. Police say on at least one occasion, the man followed his victim. All of the incidents have occurred at night.
