MIDDLETOWN, R.I. — The owners of Flint Audio Video were arrested Friday and charged in an investigation of illegal sharing and accessing of customers’ nude photos, the state police said.Gary W. Gagne, 58, and Daniel A. Anton, 35, both of Jamestown, were arrested at the Middletown store and charged with conspiracy and soliciting another to commit the crime of accessing a computer for fraudulent purposes.
