From Staff ReportsMIDWEST CITY — A store clerk has been hospitalized after being shot during a Tuesday afternoon robbery, police said. A 50-year-old woman who was working at Dollar General, 9221 NE 10, was shot in the upper leg during a robbery that took place just after noon, said Chief Brandon Clabes. In a 911 call released by authorities, another employee can be heard asking for police assistance as a man was in the process of robbing the business.
