STOCKTON — Vandals have struck the Fallen Firefighters Memorial in downtown Stockton for the third time in a little more than a year.Officials from the Stockton Fire Department said Thursday that the memorial was damaged when someone tried to remove a number of plaques that adorn the base of the memorial.
