The death of a terminally ill Bronx man who passed away after allegedly being kicked by his stepson has been ruled a homicide, the city’s Medical Examiner said Monday. George Szkred, 52, went into cardiac arrest “due to hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease” following an assault, the ME’s office said.
