HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania's top prosecutor plans to publicly discuss the criminal charges leveled against her last week in connection with an alleged political payback scheme.Attorney General Kathleen Kane has scheduled a news conference for Wednesday afternoon at the state Capitol.She's accused of leaking secret grand jury information to embarrass a former state prosecutor who she believed made her look bad and then lying about it under oath.Kane has said through her lawyer that she did nothing wrong.

Chris Kline, who has owned the restaurant for the last 12 years, said he has seen a steady stream of hungry patrons coming to the restaurant continuously over the years, oftentimes leading to people waiting longer and longer for a table. “I noticed a lot of times we’d have so many people come in to eat and they’d (be told) ‘oh we have an hour wait’ and (you) see them turn around and walk back out,” he said, later adding “I (thought) ‘what if we could add more seating?’” An expansion project will start Jan.
