State To Use Medicaid Money For Mental Health, Substance Abuse

BLOOMINGTON — Central Illinois public health officials are giving a thumbs up to Illinois receiving federal approval to use $2 billion in Medicaid money for behavioral health programs designed in part to address the opioid crisis.
