State Trooper, Husband Arrested For Running Prostitution Ring

A former Connecticut state trooper and her husband were arrested Thursday on charges of running a prostitution ring. NBC Connecticut obtained court documents that showed Pearl Kelly-Paris was running the illegal business with her husband, Jaykuan Paris, while still on the force.
