State police are investigating the discovery of a male body near the waterline at East Boston's Constitution Beach this morning, according to Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley.A statement through Conley's office said a “passerby in the area called in the discovery about 8:00 this morning. The body appears to be that of an adult male, but no further identification is available at this point.”
