State Health Department Investigating Cases Of Legionellosis; 24 Cases Confirmed Statewide Since July 1

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is working with local health departments to investigate cases of legionellosis. So far in 2018, there have been 135 confirmed cases of legionellosis reported in 33 counties, compared to 107 confirmed cases during the same timeframe last year. According to MDHHS, Oakland County has seen 16 confirmed counties in 2018.
