An Iowa agency leader fired in March based on allegations of sexual harassment is not entitled to unemployment benefits, a judge has decided. David Jamison, who had led the Iowa Finance Authority since 2011, was fired in March for “job-related misconduct,” which disqualifies him from receiving unemployment insurance payments, Administrative Law Judge Nicole Merrill said in a recent ruling.
