State 'bullying' Flint Into Water Deal, City Council Says

The MDEQ has argued that time is of the essence in Flint signing off on the 30-year GLWA deal, stating that if Flint's approval on the deal is not given by Sunday, Oct. 1, all parties involved have the opportunity to back out of the negotiated agreement.
