MONTGOMERY – The state Attorney General’s office confirmed Friday that it is investigating Thursday morning’s fatal shooting of a man walking along Interstate 84 by a state police trooper.State police identified the man Friday as Luke H. Patterson, 41, of Tannersville, a village in Greene County.Patterson was apparently the driver of a car that became disabled in the westbound lanes of I-84 between exits 5A and 5 just before 2 a.m.
