State Again Delays Decision In Slaying Retrial

For the second time since a jury deadlocked 11-1 to acquit a Knoxville man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend and their unborn son, the Knox County District Attorney General’s Office on Thursday pushed for a delay in announcing whether to retry the case.
