Tight end Cameron Gardner committed to the Bulldogs late Friday with the intentions to join former teammates Kobe Jones and Willie Gay at the collegiate level. MSU is the only school to offer Gardner, who is also receiving interest from Kentucky, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Purdue, South Alabama and Tulane. The 6-foot-4, 215-pounder caught 21 passes for 217 yards and three touchdowns as a junior last season for the Yellow Jackets. Gardner is the sixth commitment for the Bulldogs for the 2018 class, all from the Magnolia State. For more on Gardner’s commitment, check out Paul Jones’ story on Bulldawgs247.com. Logan Lowery
