    The manual suggests the speed controller will be mounted near the blower motor. You can unplug the speed controller and hard wire the blower motor. If the motor is okay it should run. You will want to have a fused wire lead though so you don't burn up the jumper wire in the event the blower motor provides a large current draw on the wire.-Rod

    :iagree: I've sold a lot of Standard parts when I worked in the parts business in the '80s and we really didn't have any complaints or returns because of quality issues with their products. At the time they were a reasonably priced alternative to other brands available. It's like store brand food products you find in the grocery stores.
