STAMFORD - A man being held in jail for allegedly sexually assaulting his niece, was arrested again and charged with the rape of his second niece in Stamford. According to the man’s five-page arrest affidavit charging him with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor on Monday, the rape happened about five years ago. The Advocate is not reporting the uncle’s name to protect the identity of the victims in the case. The 41-year-old defendant in the case was first arrested in June and charged with raping the girl’s older sister, a sexual assault that resulted in the girl becoming pregnant, the man’s affidavit says.
