Organized by the Downtown Special Services District, the 23rd annual event is expected to draw 200,000 spectators to the mile-long parade route, which starts at Summer and Hoyt streets and ends at Atlantic Street. The event also features floats, dance groups and marching bands, including ensembles from Westhill and Stamford high schools and Sacred Heart University.
