STAMFORD-A Stamford teen who shot a New Britain teen while stealing about a quarter-pound of marijuana last November has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of armed robbery. [...] as part of the agreement, Supervisory Assistant State’s Attorney James Bernardi dropped Dominguez’ other serious felony charges such as \first-degree assault, possession of a firearm without a permit, unlawful discharge of a firearm and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. White warned Dominguez that if he gets arrested between now and January he would not allow him to take back the plea and told him he could give him the maximum sentence for armed robbery, which is 20 years in jail.
