STAMFORD - After receiving information of an alleged impending drug deal, city police arrested two suspects and charges are pending against a third. Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin said officers received information that Raymond Delgado, 25, of Bridgeport, was planning to make a drug sale Tuesday evening on Henry Street. A description of the vehicle Delgado would be driving was also given, he said. Investigators with the Narcotics and Organized Crime divisions set up in the area, Conklin said, and waited for the vehicle to arrive. Once parked, Conklin said officers approached the gray Chrysler 300, identified themselves and demanded Delgado exit the vehicle.
