STAMFORD — A 26-year-old city man was charged with possession of an illegal weapon and burglary of a car on Garden Street after being found with an air rifle following a motor vehicle stop. Worsley was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, third degree burglary, conspiracy to third degree burglary fifth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle, and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
