STAMFORD-A convicted felon whose East Side home was shot up twice last week was charged with stashing a pistol across the street from the Stamford courthouse where he was going to see his probation officer, police said. Victor Cruz, 21, of Seaside Avenue, was charged with criminal possession of a revolver and was held in lieu of a $250,000 court appearance bond.
