STAMFORD-A city man inside Leone Park yelling out a warning that cops were in the park late Tuesday afternoon was charged with drug possession after he allegedly tried to flush his drugs down the public toilet, police said. The bags weighed 1.6 grams and Kelvin Gutierrez, 21, of Richmond Hill Avenue was charged with possession of an hallucinogenic and interfering with police and held in lieu of a $10,000 court appearance bond, Phelan said.
