STAMFORD-For no apparent reason, police had to draw down on a Stamford man Thursday night who ran from a traffic stop and would not get back into his car after ending up on a dead-end street. Beginning to think he was about to rob them, the Mi Terruno restaurant employees decided to call police. When a police officer arrived, he spotted a silver Hyundai that police were told the man was driving in, pull out of the lot and head east on East Main Street.
