Capt. Richard Conklin said the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad along with uniformed officers conducted the raid at 6 a.m. The man police were looking for, Justin Velez, 25, answered the door and was taken into custody without incident. Conklin said that the Brooklyn Warrant Squad contacted Stamford police and said they had a felony arrest warrant for Velez on drug charges.
