STAMFORD — A convicted felon who in August finished serving a three year jail sentence for an armed robbery that left a man brain damaged was arrested on Tuesday night on gun possession and other charges. Capt. Richard Conklin said officers in the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad were near the Southwood Square Apartments on Pequot Drive shortly after 9 p.m.
