AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch sportscar maker Spyker is suing General Motors for $3 billion on behalf of its subsidiary Saab, accusing the U.S. automaker of deliberately bankrupting the Swedish group by blocking a deal with a Chinese investor.
