Spectrum Bringing Gigabit Internet To Ny Quickly

ROTTERDAM - Charter Communications is bringing high-speed internet to New York state faster than expected after acquiring the Time Warner Cable system back in 2016.The move by Charter's Spectrum unit will provide competition to Verizon's FiOS network, which has recently started offering gigabit internet speeds to residential customers as well in its limited Capital Region network.
