Spartanburg Leaders Reflect On Charleston Tragedy

In Spartanburg, local officials believe the spirit of South Carolina shone brightest in what was perhaps its darkest hour -- the fatal shootings of nine people during Bible study at Emanuel AME Church in Charleson by a gunman who authorities say was motivated by racial hatred.
