BOILING SPRINGS, S.C. (AP) — A woman who is wanted on charges of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit kidnapping is on the run and could be heading toward western North Carolina. Media outlets report Freda Lynn Lambert-Smith is wanted for conspiracy to commit kidnapping from an incident that occurred Friday night at a Boiling Springs apartment complex.
