SOUTHBURY -- Police said they are investigating two complaints of identity theft. A Blueberry Lane man reported that someone filed state and federal tax returns for 2014 in his name, and a Beacon Hill Drive man said someone obtained his personal information and opened several accounts through AT&T and Verizon in his name, police said.
