Charges were dropped Monday against a former Fairfax County principal’s son, who was accused of being part of an embezzlement scheme that allegedly defrauded a middle school of more than $100,000. Brenton Rusnak, 21, of Radford, Va., had been charged with receiving stolen property and conducting an unlawful financial transaction in connection with the case at Annandale’s Poe Middle School.
