Solarwinds To Become Private Company In $4.6 Billion Buyout

NEW YORK (AP) — The software maker SolarWinds agreed Wednesday to be acquired for about $4.6 billion in cash by private equity firms Silver Lake Partners and Thoma Bravo. Under the deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of next year, SolarWinds shareholders will receive $60.10 per share.Read more on NewsOK.com
