BY CHRIS BRANNICK Oklahoma City Energy FC owner Tim McLaughlin is being sued by the North American Soccer League LLC for $2.5 million for what the NASL calls a breach of contract. The NASL filed last Friday in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court in New York County a complaint saying McLaughlin was in breach of a contract he signed in July 2013 when McLaughlin and OKC Pro Soccer were in the process of being awarded an NASL franchise. McLaughlin informed the NASL in a letter in February of 2014 that OKC Pro Soccer was withdrawing consideration for a franchise.Read more on NewsOK.com
