DENVER — A winter storm hasn't brought that much snow to Denver and the Eastern Plains but strong winds and icy roads are causing problems in some spots. The snow stopped falling in Denver Wednesday morning but conditions were worse on the Plains, where wind gusts are reducing visibility. Interstate 70 was closed westbound near Burlington due to a jacknifed semi-truck and conditions were reported poor from Limon to the Kansas-Colorado state line. The FAA, meanwhile, temporarily slowed morning flights into Denver's airport to spread out traffic, causing some arrivals to be delayed for up to an hour.
