BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) — Snow was falling in Vermont in a second snowstorm in less than a week. Visibility of less than a mile was limited Monday morning with wind gusts reaching 25 miles an hour. Snowfall amounts were expected to range from 8 inches to 14 inches for Rutland and Winsdor counties, 5 to 10 inches across much of Champlain Valley into part of Caledonia County, and then 4 to 7 inches along the Canadian border. The snow was expected to taper off Monday afternoon.
