STAMFORD-no accidents were reported on the roads in Stamford just before 9 a.m. Traffic is light on city streets and if the Jones Sausage sell out at a market in nearby Noroton Heights is any indication, people have signaled their intentions of sleeping in this morning. All roads are passable as city plows were the rounds scraping off up to three inches of snow this morning. About the only action in Stamford was a water main break at Pacific and Market Streets in the city’s South End at a about 4:30 a.m.
