STAMFORD-A Norwalk man wanted for skipping a summer court date for a driving infraction was found in Stamford Wednesday and arrested for peddling heroin stamped with the name of a popular licorice candy. Police soon spotted Michelotti, 26, in the area at about 9 p.m. Wednesday and when he was being removed from his car, the officers spotted the corner of a clear plastic bag hanging out from under the driver’s car mat.
