Updated 10:21 a.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2012 On the eve of Michael Skakel's parole board hearing, a Stamford attorney working for the Kennedy cousin filed suit against television's tough talking Nancy Grace, Time-Warner and True TV commentator Beth Karas for libel and slander for a January televised report on the Kennedy cousin's request to shorten his 20-year jail sentence for the murder of Martha Moxley in 1975. According to court testimony, in 1975 Skakel told police that he returned from friend's house on that Halloween Eve at about 11 p.m.
